Mitch McKinney

Born in Idaho to Kyle and Eva McKinney and grew up all over the country as my father is a veteran. Enjoyed the outdoors, exploring, and hunting with my three brothers growing up, whether we were in the Mountains in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington or rattlesnake hunting in the deserts of Nevada. I now am blessed with my beautiful wife Regina, and three of the best children a father could ask for (Cadence, Jaxon, and Persias.) Prior to coming here, I played football into my mid twenties and worked in the Pool construction business, and I never sold anything in my life prior. What brought me here was the opportunity to impact peoples lives and be the anchor to calm the ship when life’s storms inevitably arise (hence the Logo.) A few of the reasons this will be the last thing I do professionally for the rest of my life, is this career allows me the earned flexibility to always be there for my family and not miss important events in their lives, to be able to travel and build memories that will last a lifetime, work with the best team in the entire country, and make an impact in the lives of my coworkers, and business partners and help them grow their businesses and become the best versions of themselves. 

Some professional accomplishments wrote a million dollars of insurance in my first 2 years, 25 Eagles in both year one and year two, (94 Eagles in total so far), Globe Life award winner. Number 3 agent out of over 16,000 in all of Globe life (FHL, AIL, and LNL combined) in year one, top 5 best first year in the history of the company. Hit Market Director at month 9 and Regional Director at month 15, written 2.2 million dollars of insurance personally and prior to becoming Agency Owner team sales of 12 million.

Austin Nice

Hey there! I’m Austin Nice and I currently reside in Austin, TX! I started with Alleviation in May of 2019 at 22 years old as my first career right out of college. I played football at Augustana College in Illinois and majored in Finance and Marketing. I came to Alleviation to achieve my lifetime goal of becoming financially independent and the ability to create a lifelong stream of passive income. I truly love serving our clients with a product that actually helps people. Since coming to Alleviation, I have written over $1,000,000 in NAP, achieved over 40 eagles, 3x I dare you, 2x double I dare you, and 2x Battle of Texas winner. I achieved in the top 40 for first year starts and was #13 in the company in 2020, #20 in the company in 2021, and was the #2 recruiter in the company in 2023. I am currently one of the youngest Regional Directors in the company and love working with people who find a way no matter what the circumstances are. One of the coolest aspects of the career is watching people break down their own belief barriers and grow and develop into the best versions of themselves. When I am not working, you can find me working out, on the lake, or in the sky as I enjoy traveling while also staying connected with my team that operates in over 10 different states. I soon aspire to take on the highest level of the career track and become the youngest agency owner in company history.

Christian Powers

I'm Christian Powers, an Agent and Market Director at Alleviation. A military veteran and graduate of the American Military University, I transitioned from a career as a firefighter to join Alleviation, and it's been a transformative journey. My dedication to this career has not only provided financial freedom but also enabled me to spend quality time with my beautiful wife, Ashley, and our three amazing children. In my first year, I achieved a top 50 first-year finish in the company's history. I've consistently delivered 100k+ quarters and even had the opportunity to take my family on trips to dream destinations. Year after year, I've achieved double-digit growth, and as an agency team builder, I've surpassed a million dollars in lifetime net annual premium. I've earned over 25 eagles and with my best month being over 50k in personal sales. My true passion is empowering others to reach their full potential through coaching, training, and personal development.

Eddie Mayfield

I am a Field Director that has worked with Alleviation for 4 years. I have helped hundreds of families and personally wrote over a 1 million in Net Annual Premium. I have consistently been one of the top 40 sales professionals year after year. One of my biggest accomplishments has been learning how to make the money I have so desired but was restricted because of corporate structure. I have wrote over 30 Eagles in my career thus far. I am married to my wife Jakara and we have a beautiful family consisting of 4 daughters and a son. I plan to make the most out of my career by providing excellent customer service, with excellent products for protection, all while doing it alongside excellent people.

 I was born in Corpus Christi where I met my beautiful wife and we have 3 dogs and horses. I worked at Caliber Collision for 2 years before I came to Alleviation. I chose to come to Alleviation for the freedom, the uncapped commissions, and the lifetime renewals. I have sold 800k in lifetime NAP, written over 30 eagles, was the 2022 governor of Texas, and finished #6 overall company-wide in 2022 with over 438k of NAP in my first full year.

Craig Brown

After owning my own residential construction business for 30 years, my wife and
I decided to make a lifestyle change and moved to beautiful Nokomis, Florida in
November 2021. I began working for Alleviation shortly after and was first
drawn to Alleviation for the flexibility it affords, the financial and individual
growth that can be attained, and most importantly because it is a profession
that allows me to bring a solution to the needs of individuals by offering them
our products and seeing families protected.
Some of my proudest accomplishments are selling over $100K in GAP in two consecutive quarters and I have written 17 eagles in 18 months.

Jonathan Crosby

I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas and grew up heavily involved in sports which I still love to watch and play to this day. I’m the youngest of four siblings which naturally made me very competitive. That has come in handy at many stages of my life. I have been a college baseball athlete and worked for 5 years as a therapist before my career here with Alleviation started in 2022. I have seen a lot of success since my start and have grown as a sales professional, individual, and as a team leader. My goal is to continue to build into fellow agents helping them achieve their goals and the dream of financial freedom. I now live in Austin Texas with my wife and two children.

I started here in September 2022. I came to this career with no idea what to expect and no experience at all. I was a police officer for 20 years and looking to make a change. But had 5 kids and a wife to support. During my first year here I have produced $475,000 in GAP and already received several awards and incentives which include : Lt. Governor of Texas award. Battle of the states top 3 winner. I Dare You award winner. Summit challenge winner. Q1 incentive trip to Punta Cana. Q3 incentive trip to Puerto Vallarta. I am currently ranked # 15  agent in the country. This career has truly been life changing for me and my family and words can’t explain what this opportunity has done for us.

Carlea Wallace

My name is Carlea Wallace, I have been with Alleviation since January of 2023. I’m located in Nashville, TN but started my career in Laramie Wyoming. I won “I dare you” my first quarter of my career, have written over $250K in NAP, written 10 Eagles, just under $50k in NAP in my best week. When I’m not at work I can be found spending quality time with my husband Zach and our toddler twins Levi and Graham
