About Mitch
I was born in Idaho and spent my childhood moving across the country as the son of a veteran. Growing up, I developed a deep love for the outdoors, exploring and hunting with my three brothers in the mountains of Oregon, Idaho, and Washington, as well as rattlesnake hunting in the deserts of Nevada.
Today, I’m blessed to share my life with my beautiful wife, Regina, and our three amazing children—Cadence, Jaxon, and Persias. Before entering the insurance industry, I played football into my mid-twenties and worked in pool construction, with no prior experience in sales. What drew me to this career was the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives and provide stability during life’s inevitable challenges, which is represented by the anchor in my logo.
My career is built on my passion for family, flexibility, and making a difference. It allows me to be present for my family, create lasting memories, work with an incredible team, and help others achieve their personal and professional goals.
In my first two years, I personally wrote over $1 million in insurance premiums, earned 94 Eagle awards, and was honored as a Globe Life Award winner. I ranked #3 nationally out of more than 16,000 agents in my first year, achieving one of the top five first-year performances in company history. I reached Market Director in nine months, Regional Director by month 15, and have personally written $2.2 million in insurance premiums. Before becoming an Agency Owner, my team generated $12 million in sales.
