Haley B.
Operations Manager
Haley currently lives in Austin, TX and is from Normal, Illinois where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University. She started working with Alleviation in August of 2022. Before she began at Alleviation, she was a Registered Nurse in Colorado and continued to pursue her nursing career as a travel nurse in Washington, Arizona, and Texas.
Haley chose this career for the continuous growth opportunities, work/life balance, and the ability to be compensated based on how hard she works. Her favorite part about working for the Alleviation Team is the life long friendships that she has made along the way.
Chase W.
Recruiting Manager
Chase lives in Beaumont, Texas and started working with Alleviation in October of 2022. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas State University. Before he began at Alleviation, he was attending college full time, serving tables on the weekends, and volunteering at his local hospitals in San Marcos, Texas.
Chase chose this career for the continuous growth opportunities and autonomy that the Alleviation provides. His favorite part about the Alleviation Team is the culture, guidance, and relationships that he has built thus far.

Executive Recruiter
Cassie currently lives in Ellaville, Georgia and is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from California University of Pennsylvania. Cassie started working at Alleviation in September of 2024. Before she began at Alleviation, she worked as a special education teacher and counselor.
Cassie chose this career to work with like minded individuals who are interested in growth and advancement. She loves the work life balance that Alleviation provides as well as the friendships made along the way.
