About Hayden

My name is Hayden, and I began my career with Alleviation in May 2024. My wife, Savanna, and I have two children—Mary Jane and Weston. Prior to joining Alleviation, I worked as a service manager at an RV dealership. Although I had no prior experience in this industry, I knew it was time for a change—for myself and for my family. I took a leap of faith, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

What I love most about this career is the opportunity to help families just like ours, all while building a future that once felt out of reach. In my first week, I earned the Quick Start Bonus, and by my eighth month, I earned a promotion to Field Director. Today, I lead a growing team of four dedicated individuals, and we’re just getting started. I’m excited about what lies ahead—proving that with an iPad, a strong work ethic, and the right mindset, anything is possible.
